Mike Damanskis is a comedy writer, viral video producer, and video editor that lives in Los Angeles. He also does web design & administration.

He currently works for The Second City Network, which launched in February 2010. In their first six months, they’ve achieved over 14 million hits on YouTube, attracted 40,000 subscribers, and 25,000 Facebook Fans. He does not update this site often, as he’s busy making three short films a week and blogging for The Second City Network.

His very first spec script made it to the top 5% of the Warner Bros. Comedy Writing Workshop.

He started his career in New York as a production intern at the Daily Show with Jon Stewart in 2005. He’s also worked as a TV development intern, an audience coordinator, a camera operator, and an assistant to a stand-up comedy agent.

He studied improv at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade in New York, and is currently enrolled in the Conservatory program at the Second City Training Center in Los Angeles.
